AllianceBernstein and Bernstein Private Wealth Management Unveil New Office in New York City

New location in Hudson Yards deepens firm’s presence in New York City and reaffirms commitment to tech advancements to enhance client and employee experience

NEW YORK, September 16, 2024 — AllianceBernstein (AB) and Bernstein Private Wealth Management (Bernstein), a unit of AllianceBernstein L.P. (NYSE: AB), today unveiled its new office at The Spiral in Hudson Yards. AB’s New York City office relocation strengthens the firm’s presence in the New York region and marks a significant moment in its near 60-year history.

Located at 66 Hudson Boulevard East, the brand-new office has been strategically designed as an open floor plan to bring AB and Bernstein’s Wealth Advisors, investment teams, and client service professionals together in one space. The unique office environment is equipped with advanced technology and is complemented by outdoor terraces on every floor. The office space has been built for both clients and employees and features mixed-use meeting and event spaces for client and team collaboration.

The New York Private Wealth Management team will continue to be led by Regional Managing Directors Len Hersh and Kim Mustin with a combined tenure of 34 years at the firm.

In tandem with its move to Hudson Yards, the firm continues to deepen its presence in the community with a focus on supporting students, education, and the arts. Initiatives include:

• a partnership with Hudson Guild, supporting early literacy programming, youth development, and educational enrichment;
• Minds Matter NYC to support New York City’s students in getting into and completing college;
• sponsoring a portion of The Shed’s upcoming production of King Lear, starring Kenneth Branagh.
